Precut and Zigzag Cotton machine (MODEL Z-15)

It is for the production of normal or precut zigzag (pleated) cotton-wool in poly bags. In production, it is directly connected to cotton band rollers on an unwinding supporter or cards (by means of a conveyor belt) and receive the cotton band which has been prefolded in the desired width of final product. It automatically folds the zigzag and do the precut line between every zigzag. Upon reaching the required grams for each bag packing, the worker takes the required portion of zig-zag cotton from continuously-coming zigzag cotton at the output lane and manually pushes it into the poly bag.
