Cotton pad machine (MODEL Y )

It is for automatic making of round or oval shape cotton pads from absobent cotton web(tape) with different width. It is fed by a cotton band about 180 to 220 mm wide. The round or oval cotton pads can be made with embossment or without embossment as per requirement by its embossing system.
It has Three production and packing lanes. The operator put 3 plastics bags at the end of these 3 lanes and manually pushes the cotton pads into the bags as per the quantity identification cotton pad(it has arc-notch).
