Main Composition

The apparatus is composed of frame, drive part, uncoiling part, forming part, heat-sealing part, printing part, color code testing part, transverse-cutting part, lengthways-cutting part, scrap collecting part, control system, etc. 

• The machine is made of stainless steel and aluminum alloy, thus ensure the clean bacterium-free products.
• Drive part：drive part mainly includes servo motor and reducer part. It is used to pull the chain to clamp and pull the uncoiled film.
• The uncoiling part: It is used to uncoil plastic film and paper, and keep them tense
• The forming part：It is composed of heating part, forming mold, elevation part and vacuum part. It absorb up form heating to make film be equality and beautiful blister molding effect.
• Heat sealing part: It is composed of heating part, pressure part, heating mold and elevation part. Pressure part absorb 6pcs cylinder (diameter 100mm), elevation part absorb 4 points structure, thus each point pressure of the heating plane is balanceable and good sealing capability
• Printing part: Absorb soft printing technique, easy to change printing  pattern and low cost.
• Transverse-cutting part:: Absorb roller pressing to be durability, straight line and fewer wastepaper
• The lengthways-cutting part：This part includes blade holder, roller and several sets of floating hobs. It is used to cut the paper and film by rolling.
• The scrap-collecting part ：It is used to collect the scraps  or margins cut off the paper and plastic film by the lengthways-cutting part.
• Control system: It is used to realize the setting of each parameter and control for blister packing machine by PLC and human-machine interface such as temperature, speed, time etc.
