GAUZE SLITTING AND ROLLING MACHINE

It works at the first process of gauze compresses production. It slits the large width of gauze fabrics roll of different large width from 90cm to 230 cm into required small width  for the following processes by Gauze compress folding machines

Technical Parameter:

a. Work width: 90 to 230cm or larger  b.Cutting Knives: 10 pairs of knives (Upper one is to crash the thread, Lower one is to cut-off the thread, as a result there will be no outside threads on the cutting area)denpends on gauze roll maximum width
c.Minimum Cutting Tolerance: 5cm.
d. Cutting and Rewinding Speed: 70 to 120 meters per Minute  (Speed Adjustable by Frequency converter)
